Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Shenzhen Kingfont Software Ltd. for this website and our Mac software, including Gablet, Shoverlay, and VeeCam.
License
Gablet is licensed from this website. Shoverlay and VeeCam are licensed through the Mac App Store. You may install and use the software on Macs you own or control for your own use while your trial, subscription, or App Store license is valid.
Gablet subscription
Gablet has a 7-day free trial. After that, subscribe through FastSpring. FastSpring emails a license key. Do not share license keys or circumvent the trial.
Shoverlay subscription (Mac App Store)
Shoverlay is an auto-renewable yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in System Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Apple Licensed Application terms
Shoverlay and VeeCam are Licensed Applications. These Terms are between you and Kingfont, not Apple. Use is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Media Services terms. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms as they apply to those apps.
