Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Kingfont Software for this website and our Mac software, including Gablet, Shoverlay, and Vizo.
License
Gablet is licensed from this website. Shoverlay and Vizo are licensed through the Mac App Store. You may install and use the software on Macs you own or control for your own use while you have a Gablet trial or paid license, or a valid App Store license for Shoverlay or Vizo.
Gablet
Gablet includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, a paid license is required. FastSpring processes payment and emails a license key. Enter it from License… in the app menu, or when the app asks.
Shoverlay and Vizo subscriptions (Mac App Store)
Shoverlay and Vizo are auto-renewable yearly subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in System Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Apple Licensed Application terms
Shoverlay and Vizo are Licensed Applications. These Terms are between you and Kingfont, not Apple. Use is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Media Services terms. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms as they apply to those apps.
