Refund Policy

Effective 10 September 2026. Gablet is billed by FastSpring. Shoverlay and VeeCam are billed by Apple.

Two different stores

Gablet is sold on this website through FastSpring. Shoverlay and VeeCam are sold on the Mac App Store.

Gablet (FastSpring)

Request a Gablet refund within 14 days of the FastSpring charge via the FastSpring portal or support@kingfontsoftware.com. Kingfont processes Gablet refunds through FastSpring. Try the 7-day trial before you pay.

Shoverlay and VeeCam (Mac App Store)

Kingfont cannot refund Mac App Store purchases. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
