Capture History lists what Vizo saved on this Mac — images, recordings, and documents. It is not the live Present view and not Live Stream.

Use the list

Open Capture History in Vizo.
Select an item to open it, show it in Finder, share it, pin it, or delete it.
Use Clear History when you want the list empty (files you already moved elsewhere stay where you put them).

From history you can also open a recording to trim and export, or open a still to annotate.
