A snapshot is one frame from the camera, saved as a file. It is not a multi-page document, not a book spread, and not the live view you leave on screen.
Take the frame
- Connect the camera and frame the page.
- Switch to Capture and choose Snapshot.
- Use auto crop, or crop the frame yourself.
- Save. The first save to Downloads, Desktop, or Documents may ask for folder access.
The file stays on your Mac. Freeze the live view first if you need the page to hold still before the snapshot.
Install VeeCam on the Mac App Store.
