Get a photo or PDF onto iPhone or iPad before you scan a table

Bring in a file from the camera, Photos, Files, Wi-Fi, a browser, or a link, then open it as a table.

The table scan can only read a file the app can open. Tablune is a file manager as well as a table scanner, so the first job is often getting the PDF or the photo onto the device.

Ways in

Camera — photograph the paper.
Photos — open a picture you already took.
Files — pick a PDF or image you saved earlier.
Wi-Fi — transfer from a computer on the same network.
Built-in browser or a URL — open a page or a direct file link.

Grant Camera or Photos when you use those sources. iOS 15.6 or later.

Find it again

Switch between list and grid. Sort by name, date, size, or kind. Long-press or multi-select when you are organizing a pile of scans. Preview JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, and GIF. A PDF opens as soon as you tap it.

Then scan

Once the file is open, scan the table to a grid and export Excel. Tablune is coming soon and will have a 7-day free trial. It is not a cloud drive. The files stay in the app until you share or export them.
