Best Magnet Alternative for arranging Mac windows

Put the window where a Magnet shortcut would

Quick Throw holds a modifier and follows the cursor. The window under the pointer goes to a half, the center, a corner, or two-thirds, even when it is not the front window. Drag to an edge when your hand is already on the window. Draw a snap area when a half or a quarter is the wrong shape.
